TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing http://jbcautomation.work or utilizing our automation implementation, consulting, or setup services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the site or our systems.

2. Service Commitments & Build Agreements

Development & Scope: Payments made for initial builds cover the designated technical configuration, custom asset creation, and implementation labor agreed upon in your custom work order.

Platform Operations: Ongoing maintenance, server uptime, webhook routing, and real-time database management require an active, separate recurring subscription. Failure to maintain required operational licensing will result in the suspension of automated system pathways.

3. User Consent for Automated Communications

By submitting your contact information through our digital web forms, chat channels, or booking widgets, you grant explicit consent to JBC Automation to contact you via automated channels, including:

Artificial intelligence chat agents, interactive text messaging (SMS), multimedia messaging, voice systems, and business emails.

You acknowledge that standard message and data rates may apply. You may revoke communication authorization at any time by replying STOP to any text transmission or by utilizing provided opt-out links.

4. Client Cooperation and Data Access

Our technical delivery timelines rely on active client cooperation. JBC Automation is not liable for project or system delays caused by missing API credentials, unconfigured legal disclosures, restricted third-party platform access, or lack of business data profiles from the client side.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless specified otherwise in a separate custom service contract, scripts, architectural layout logic, custom code blocks, stylesheets, and proprietary workflow logic designed by JBC Automation remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these assets within their active operating terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

JBC Automation builds active operational engines but does not guarantee external factors such as third-party close rates, market changes, or provider API server downtime. We are not liable for business interruptions, data loss, or platform provider suspension of accounts due to list quality or carrier compliance filtering.

7. Cancellations and Billing Lifecycle

All recurring support plans, retainers, and platform maintenance fees run on a continuous billing cycle. You may cancel your ongoing subscription plan at any time by providing written notice to [email protected] at least seven (7) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
